Friday, December 4 – Monday, December 7, 2026 · Negril, Jamaica
This December, The Cliff becomes the setting for a celebration of Jamaican jerk culture unlike anything the island has hosted before. Acclaimed pitmasters from Jamaica and the diaspora will cook over fire, compete for a national title, and help define what excellence looks like on Jamaican ground.
This is more than a ticket to Championship Day. Your accommodation and VIP access are brought together in one seamless weekend: hosted dining, sunset receptions, reserved evening access, the awards ceremony, live roots reggae, and the unhurried pleasure of making The Cliff your home between every moment.
Come for the fire. Stay for the people, the setting, and the conversations that continue long after the final award is presented.
Guests arriving Friday are welcomed with dedicated concierge service and a personal introduction to The Cliff.
Gather at the edge of the Caribbean for premium Jamaican rums, a curated rosé selection, and the kind of sunset that makes the transition from travel to celebration feel effortless.
An intimate, multi-course dinner built around great food, storytelling, and connection. There is no agenda beyond placing the right people around the same table.
The property is at its most beautiful in the early light. Enjoy breakfast before the gates open and the grounds come fully alive.
Championship Day unfolds across The Cliff with cultural conversations exploring jerk’s Maroon origins, live-fire demonstrations, guided tastings and pairings, culinary presentations, and a showcase of Jamaican-made spirits, spices, and artisan products. The competition runs alongside the public program throughout the day, giving you the freedom to move between experiences and follow the fire wherever it leads.
After the daytime program closes, the atmosphere shifts. VIP guests remain on property for a golden-hour transition into the evening’s private program.
Meet at the Founders Club on the Helipad for cocktails as the sun finishes its descent over the Caribbean.
A seated dinner on the Wedding Lawn brings competitors and VIP guests together before the results are revealed.
The main stage comes to life for the moment the weekend has been building toward. Champion, Reserve Champion, People’s Choice, Best Traditional Expression, and Best Innovation are awarded as a new standard is set on Jamaican ground.
With the awards presented and the Caribbean night overhead, the Championship closes with a live roots reggae performance on the main stage.
Gather one final time over a relaxed, unhurried brunch. There is no stage and no agenda, only time to let the weekend settle.
A DJ sets the tone poolside while the grill stays lit and guest chefs step in to cook for the room. This is the weekend unwinding on its own terms.
As production begins to come down and The Cliff returns to itself, gather for one more private sunset over the Caribbean.
The final dinner is less a farewell than a continuation: an unhurried evening at the table with the people who shared the weekend with you.
End the weekend with a final nightcap. A full cocktail menu is available, and the bar remains open as long as the company keeps it that way. Beverages are available for individual purchase.
Take breakfast slowly, walk the grounds once more, and let the weekend settle before the journey home.
Check-out is at noon. The concierge team can help you plan your departure around your flight.
To ensure an exceptional experience for every guest, each room, suite, and villa is reserved exclusively for two adults and includes two VIP passes to Championship Weekend.
